As the heart of my work, Ayurveda—a 5,000-year-old Indian healing system—guides you to address the root causes of imbalance by integrating body, mind, and spirit for true, holistic healing.

Neuroscience
I incorporate insights from neuroscience to support habit change, strengthen the mind-body connection, and equip you with tools for stress management and resilience.

Positive Psychology
I weave in the principles of Positive Psychology to help you shift your perspective from “fixing what’s wrong” to “amplifying what’s strong.” By cultivating self-compassion, optimism, gratitude, and personal strengths, you begin to move beyond surface-level changes and into deeper self-discovery.
