Aikyam Wellbeing Coaching

Namaste
I’m Vijeta (she/her) ,the founder of Aikyam Wellbeing Coaching.
Aikyam was born in April 2024 from a heartfelt desire to offer the world a space for healing, higher consciousness, and self-compassion. The word Aikyam means inner harmony in Sanskrit—a value that continues to guide both my personal and professional journey.
My wellness journey began at the age of nineteen, when I attended a week-long Art of Living retreat in India. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to self-love, which has since evolved through many seasons of growth and reflection.
Born and raised in North-West India, I moved to Australia in 2009. While Ayurveda had always been a quiet presence in my upbringing, it wasn't until later—through my work in health and wellness coaching, social work and my own healing—that I truly began to understand its depth. In 2024, I formally began studying Ayurveda with Hale Pule: School of Ayurveda and Yoga, and I know now that it’s a lifelong journey—one that continues to expand my understanding of wellbeing.
Professionally, I bring over twenty years of experience in social work and community development across India and Australia. I hold a Master of Social Work, a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Management, and I’m a certified health and wellness coach. I am also a member of the Health Coaches Australia & New Zealand Association (HCANZA) and the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I also work in the foster care program at Berry Street Victoria, helping find safe homes for children who cannot live with their parents.
I’m a softly spoken, introverted soul who finds joy in life’s quiet glimmers—sunlight through trees, deep conversations, a long walk in nature. I live in Melbourne with my partner and our beloved fur baby, who reminds me daily of the simple magic in being present.
I am a dedicated advocate for building a stronger relationship with oneself—because I believe true wellbeing begins from within. At Aikyam, I create inclusive, culturally aware, and safe spaces—especially for women of color and members of the LGBTIQA+ community—to reconnect, realign, and thrive. Fluent in both English and Hindi, I provide Ayurvedic Health and Wellness Coaching tailored to your language preference
One quote that continues to guide me is by
Ralph Waldo Emerson:
"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better... to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded."
I aspire to be a torchbearer of the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, and to leave behind a legacy of self-love and conscious living in humanity.
