Aikyam Wellbeing Coaching, based in Melbourne, Australia, was founded by Vijeta Uppal in 2024. It offers personalized health and wellness coaching rooted in Ayurveda, Neuroscience, and Positive Psychology.
At Aikyam, the belief is simple: you are the expert of your own life.
Coaching is not about advice or a one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is a reflective space designed to raise awareness of your wellbeing and honour your unique constitution—supporting you to build and sustain habits that truly align with you.
Guided by the core values of inclusivity, harmony, and connection, Aikyam empowers you to reconnect with your inner rhythm and live with greater presence and purpose.
Sessions are available online across Australia, India and New Zealand, and in person in Melbourne’s City of Casey and Kingston areas.
